Product Description
UPL Saaf is a systemic and contact fungicide that provides broad-spectrum control of a wide range of fungal diseases. Saaf Fungicide is effective against leaf spot, rust, blast, anthracnose, downy mildew, powdery mildew, and tikka leaf spot. Saaf can be used on a variety of crops, including paddy, groundnut, potato, tea, mango, grape, chilli, tomato, brinjal, cabbage, cauliflower, onion, spinach, beans, capsicum, cucumber, watermelon, and muskmelon.
Technical Composition
UPL Saaf is a combination of two active ingredients: carbendazim and mancozeb. Carbendazim is a systemic fungicide that works by inhibiting the production of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. Mancozeb is a contact fungicide that forms a protective layer on the plant surface, preventing the penetration of fungal spores.
