Refund Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• You initiate the refund request within 5 days of receiving your order.
• You provide proof of purchase or order details along with uncut unboxing video.

Important Update for Plant Purchases:
Plant products are non-returnable. However, if you receive a dead or damaged plant, you are eligible for a full refund within 12-24 hours after the refund is approved. The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method. While replacements are also an option, we prioritize refunds by default to ensure customer protection. The only condition is that you provide an uncut unboxing video of the moment you receive the package as proof for your claim.

Return Claim Policy:
Return claims must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. No requests will be processed beyond this period.

Refund Process in case of dead/damaged Plants:

There is no need to return the product. To request a refund, please raise a return request through the "Return" tab on our website, providing the necessary details along with an uncut unboxing video. Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed instantly. Our customer support team is available to assist and guide you through these simple steps.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed immediately once your return request is approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Shipping Costs:

If a partial order is damaged, shipping costs will not be refunded. However, if the entire order is damaged, shipping charges will also be refunded.
