Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation, we can either replace the product or provide you with a refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we receive, inspect, and accept your return, we’ll send you the correct product within 3-5 days. For exchanges and replacements, you need to send the items back to us at your own expense, unless the return is due to damaged goods or wrong items delivered by us. In such cases, the return shipment charge will be borne by us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
